You’ll need 3 positive reviews from families submitted between June 15, 2021 – May 15, 2022 to qualify.Â
Get Votes
Starting April 1st, every vote is one point and every positive review is three points. At least 50 points are required to qualify for an award.

All Best of 2022 Award Winners will be included in the announcement to 400k families nationwide via email and included in the Best of 2022 blog post. A special badge will be added to your listing on ActivityHero and provided for your marketing usage.

What are the contest rules & eligibility requirements for winning a Best of Award?
Eligibility: To win a Best of 2022 Award, the business must provide children’s camps, classes, or activities in the United States. Nominees must agree to accept registrations for upcoming sessions on ActivityHero. Not on ActivityHero yet? Â Claim your listing.Â
How it Works: A public voting period for businesses who have accepted their nomination will start on April 1, 2022 and end May 15, 2022 at 11:59pm PT. At the end of the voting period, ActivityHero will review eligible entries generated by votes and customer reviews. Winners will be notified by May 20, 2022 and a public announcement will be made by May 24, 2022.
Point System: Each vote is one point and each positive review between April 1 – May 15 are 3 additional points. Reviews prior to April 1, 2022 can be counted towards award eligibility, but bonus points are only given for reviews submitted during the public voting period.
Winner Benefits: Businesses who meet a minimum of 50 points during the public voting period and 3 positive reviews in 2022 will receive a Best of 2022 badge and be included in promotional materials.

- One family from each of the top three business award winners will receive an ActivityHero credit (valued between $100) to register for an in-person or online program.

How will families vote for my business?
During the active voting period (April 1 – May 15), each nominated business will have a vote button on its business page. If a user is already logged into ActivityHero, they will simply click the ‘Vote for Me’ button on your business page. After voting, they will be prompted to leave a positive review for your business to give you 3 extra points. If they are not logged in, they will provide an email address or log in via Facebook or Apple to vote. An email is required to reduce bots and keep the contests fair.
To get the most votes and reviews, we recommend sending out an email to your past families and post on social media.Â
I'm busy - Can you help add my summer camp session information for me?
We offer an optional set-up service for only $49 that includes a one-time upload of all your camp & class sessions for the season. Think of us as your own personal assistant!
When you sign up for premium set-up, we will send you a form to submit your schedule information. Please provide a link to your website if sessions are already posted, a spreadsheet, or word document with class names, prices, dates, times, ages, and any other important information.
Can I decide how many registration spots I offer on ActivityHero?
Yes! You are able to customize how many spots are available per session to sell on ActivityHero. This allows you to set a marketing budget for new customer acquisition. For example, you can decide to sell 5 spots per session on ActivityHero and reserve the remainder for registration on your website. Once those 5 spots are sold, your session information can remain on ActivityHero with an optional “Join Waitlist” flag or be unpublished. You can adjust how many spots are available at any time.
All participating businesses must have an ActivityHero listing and agree to accept registrations through ActivityHero.
